Raising the level of the rhetoric and finger pointing helps marginalize
behavior in what way, Rick? So far as I can see, it only polarizes and
magnifies the bad stuff.

Then I hope you will join me in criticizing mainstream media reporting
that whitewashes Palestinian behavior? Sunlight sterilizes, and since
most reporting coming out of the West Bank and Gaza is by Palestinian
stringers and sympathizers, no one sees the sun.
I welcome your impassioned criticisms that will help marginalize
Palestinian bad behavior.

Why do we have to do that Rick? Why can;t we work towards a process
where these behaviors are modified and/or marginalized? There is
nothing magical about marginalizing certain behaviors. It takes time of
course, but hey, we have time on our side so that is not an issue.

As in most negotiations, Rick, you make good and valid points. Those
are certainly problems to be resolved. Are there acceptable
alternatives to living in tent cities in a wasteland? Sure. Willing
people could resolve this issue in 20 minutes, or maybe 2 days.
So... how do we get the parties to be willing players
