Sure do. It's called involuntary manslaughter. One of my close friend's
wife died the other day in an interstate crash. Just six weeks ago I was at
their wedding and now tommorrow I will be at her funeral. Sad story; here's

It was obviously an accident, but I'm on the fence as to whether the 21 year
old semi driver should be in jail or not. I think it boils down to why he
was "inattentive."
