Re: Another Gun Nut Runs Amok



The thing that gets me is the attitude of people like booth that carry
permits would turn cities into the wild wild west, when nothing could
be further from the truth, despite the fact that carry permits abound
in most of the country.

People are legally packing all around the country. nearly every one
of us probably run across one or two a day (but mostly never know).

When was the last time you heard a story of someone legally carrying a
handgun being involved in a crime or an accidental shooting? I'm sure
there are some, and they would certainly be stories the press in
general would be interested in, but I can't remember any.
