I have answered your question. repeatedly. You just don't like my answer.
Not until this post, you didn't. You answered questions I didn't ask.
I see no reason to do anything except exert international pressure,
sanctions and anything else we can do to make their lives miserable,
up to and including military action if events lead us there, until
they exhibit at least a modicum of an inkling of the slightest
impression of a notion that they care one whit about the relationship
between them and the US.
So, "international pressure" and basically anything to piss them off at us
more. Good plan. :)
