She's gonna be president though, can't she exert some pressure for increased

Senator Clinton hasn't held a state or local office in NY that I know
of. She's a Senator, and as such can only deal with Federal
legislation, which means she affects you in Massachusetts too. Of
course, the Bay State gets to reciprocate with Senators Kennedy and
Kerry... :-)
