They refuse to accept the ID and refuse to perform the test. They
contact the employer. They do not contact the authorities; if the ID is
not valid, the address given can't be trusted. And they aren't about to
call the police while the people are on-site. The office is staffed by
two women; they wouldn't be very safe should things turn ugly.
