verified? One man's word against another? Thats not verification, Rick.

possible lying? how about verified lying.
but no, the lie is not worse than the killing. covering up one side's
attacking and killing and exaggerating another side's 'atrocities' in
a war is worse than attacking and killing.
This is Time magazine, not al-jazeera. How can anyone make an
informed opinion about any conflict when the people we trust willfully
lie to us? Don't you have any expectations that our press will tell
us the truth? or are you willing, even happy to allow a few media
elite to decide how to guide public opinion?
Let me ask you one thing. If your goal is to persuade people that
your vision of world events is the truth, is it acceptable to lie to
make that persuasion? and would you accept anything I said if you
knew that I deliberately and maliciously fabricated my version of the
truth?
that is my point. defend the lies. go ahead and try.

Your point being what, Rick? That possible lying is as great a crime as

Well, this was worse.
It's not a Lebanese stringer photographer making stuff up.
It's Time Magazine editors changing the entire story to fit their
personal agenda. The photo journalist sent the photos with a full
description of exactly what happened, and Time completely disregarded
the his story and inserted their own pro-hezbollah, anti-isreal story
line.

Time must have been giving us the "greater truth", instead of the real kind.
what say you now booth?
