Booth, is "Republican scorched earth policy" your phrase of the week? The Murtha/Pelosi/Hoyer drama is the dems fighting amongst themselves. I do know that if Jim Oberstar of Minnesota opposes Murtha, something's rotten in Pelosi's refrigerator. Oberstar is a relatively straight shooter for a politician. BTW, before you ask, yes I know him from college days, when I was involved in some Minnesota DFL activities. -- Paul Nelson Arbor Solutions, Inc. 708-670-6978 Cell pnelson@xxxxxxxxxx -----cpf0000-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: ----- To: "Open discussion among iSeries Users" <cpf0000@xxxxxxxxxxxx> From: "rick baird" <rick.baird@xxxxxxxxx> Sent by: cpf0000-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx Date: 11/15/2006 01:06PM Subject: Re: [CPF0000] Lets see how this plays out. which republicans are talking about Murtha? They've got their own house to get in order. It's all democrats talking about him. but why let a little thing like the facts get in the way of blaming Karl Rove for democrat stupidity.
