Booth, is "Republican scorched earth policy" your phrase of the week?
The Murtha/Pelosi/Hoyer drama is the dems fighting amongst themselves. I
do know that if Jim Oberstar of Minnesota opposes Murtha, something's
rotten in Pelosi's refrigerator. Oberstar is a relatively straight shooter
for a politician.
BTW, before you ask, yes I know him from college days, when I was involved
in some Minnesota DFL activities.

which republicans are talking about Murtha? They've got their own
house to get in order. It's all democrats talking about him.
but why let a little thing like the facts get in the way of blaming
Karl Rove for democrat stupidity.
