And it's impossible that _anyone_ in the U.S.A. wants to kill blacks or any other minority members or otherwise have them dead. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about any of the County Commissioners candidates in whatever county that was; so, I can't guess how far over the top that ad was.
But, the similar scare tactics from the other side are at least as misleading in any case.
