that I'm over 5 years post-op, they're willing to have me hop in the chair

NOW you tell me. My next Red Cross blood donation will be number 105,
and all I get is juice and cookies! Well, I do have a 13 gallon pin
too, so I guess that counts for something.
Regarding the commercial, which I have not seen. :-)

It'd be a pretty worthless commercial that didn't portray the 'good
guys' properly vs the 'bad guys' now wouldn't it?
