I have to agree that the planners in the Indy area did a great job. I wish 
that they could be transferred to the Gary/Hammond district in order to 
fix that mess. Anyone ever notice that between the state line and I-65, 
they tear up the eastbound side during even numbered years, and then the 
westbound side in odd numbered years?  AAARRRRGGGGHHH.
