Let me update you then. None have had a criminal trial to determine their
guilt. None have been sentenced. I can't find any information showing
otherwise.

You are correct, there have been many released already. Your article
(dated late 2003) states 88 released since it started detaining them there
in Jan 2002. And that article (Dec 2003) says 100 may be released. Almost
2 years later. So far now, that's 188 released. 100 of which served 2
years prison time and in the end they were innocent (otherwise - why would
we let them go and not others). I can't imagine being innocent and held
in prison for 2, 3, or more years and being subjected to harsh (<sarcasm>
but not brutal </sarcasm>) interrogation techniques.
