You know someone that still believes the Viet Nam war was a proper war for
America? I am astounded. I don't.
I do not know anyone that will defend the Viet Nam war, nor defend the way
America treated the warriors. It was a terrible time. And no, I wasn't
there. My tour of duty ended before the Viet Nam war got heavy. And yes, I
know a lot of people that supported the war and a lot that didn't, and a lot
more that changed their mind as they saw the body bags coming home. I was
one of those that came to realize there were lies being told,.
I've drunk the kool aid, but now I am better.

Oh so then anyone who wasn't against the war wasn't a thinker then ? Pretty
narrow minded.
Were you there ? Or do you personally know folks that were ? I know a lot of
folks that were there. And they are intelligent folks and they fall on both
sides of that debate.
