So SH's attempt to eradicate the Kurds was not genocide? Or the mass
graves of his religious oppenents?
Another attempt by a liberal to divert the discussion when he cann't
answer the point.

Pleeezeee... save your concern for the places where there's been true
genocide and we've done nothing. Start with the current plight in
Sudan.

So all the people they dug up in mass graves don't count? There were
many mass graves. Does it matter how many? The man was a fiend. He
needed to be removed to preserve the fragile balance in the MidEast.
All he had to do was advance on Saudi Arabia and there would have been a
bigger mess.
The man did not fully disarm as he was suppose to after the '91 war. And
his cooperation was limited to what he would allow the investigators to
do. When they tried to force his hand and look at those things that he
didn't want them to look at, he first started playing a shell game with
the evidence, moving file cabinets and hardware. Then when they were
more insistent, he kicked them out. That is not cooperation, no matter
how you cut the cheese.
