Understood. And I agree with you in part. To be that close to the most
powerful elected office in the world and not get it would really s**k. I
even understand him gaining weight and growing the beard and whatnot for a
while. But it's been 4 years. At some point it becomes unhealthy.
It's like your high school basketball team making it to the state finals and
losing the championship game. It's extremely disappointing and sad at the
time, but after 4 years the team should be looking back at what was
accomplished. How many teams get to be runnerup in the state? How many
people get as close as he did to the presidency? It's an accomplishment,
not something to forever hang over you like a back cloud.
