There are a number of theories about the origins of life and the
Universe. Science can with certainty say that this or that thing
happened at this or that time. Science can sometimes say with
certainty why this or that happened at this or that time.

The creation of the Universe and mankind by God is an article of
faith. Scientists may develop specific theories about what happened
when, and what caused this or that, but those have very little to do
with our faith and what God created.

Somehow, people (of faith and not of faith) got the idea that
Evolution demonstrates that God doesn't exist. They are missing the
point entirely. Even if Evolution is 100% correct, it has nothing to
do with the existence of God. God could well have put the Earth
together smack in the middle of the Evolutionary trail.

When those of us who believe in God and the mystery of Creation think
that science can make a difference in that faith, the problem is with
us and our faith, not with the theory or the scientists.
