Did anyone see the article in the Wall Street Journal today (Tuesday 1/13)
noting that Clinton and Congress ratified a 'secret Bush Plan' to depose of
Saddam - in 1998 ! ! !

"The 1998 Iraqi Liberation Act was passed by an unanimous Senate and a
near-unanimous House," after which Mr. Clinton certified it as the law of
the land with his signature.
