Contract For Standard Contract Programming

Hello everyone,

I have just picked up a new client that wants to utilize five days per month
of my time for programming services. I have multiple clients but do not
have contacts with any of them. This new client is part of a large national
company and says that they want a contract before we begin. Does anyone on
this list have one or more sample contract shells that they would be willing
to share? If so, I would certainly appreciate it.
