C programming help need on the AS400

We require some additional C programming help on the AS400. We have some
modifications needed to software written by us over the last 15 years.
We also have 2 major features which need to be added. The nature of the
employment/contractor status and what part you work on may depend on a
number of variables being considered at this time. 

The C code is solid and professionally written and is primarily used for
data retrieval from a proprietary non-sql databases. The software was
originally ported from Unix and Windows environments and functions as a
data server to RPG client programs via User Queues. The C code is
transparent to the operating system with only minor compile options to
effect memory usage and pointer size.

"Some" C experience isn't going to be enough, "Solid" C experience is
required. You don't need to know the AS400 but that would obviously be
help. We are not an employment agency. Working environment can be
flexible. Private office space is available and/or access via VPN.
