Careful what you say about the young.  Had a gal here back when we had 
operators who thought that hiring this older gal was a bad idea because 
she was, well, older.  That ageism disgusted me so I tartly replied back 
to the gal "at least she won't be getting pregnant".  That's what really 
costs.  Like the fellow here who's wife used fertility treatments and gave 
birth to triplets, the biggest weighing 2 pounds.  The costs there make 
open heart surgery look simply like a bill for lunch at McDonalds.

Are we allowed to discriminate against the young (not that I'm advocating 
it)?  After all, Article II, Section 1, line 4 of the  US Constitution 
forbids anyone under the age of 35 from becoming president.
