Is it a true statement that if salary and/or expenses have to be cut then how 
better to do that then with replacing experienced and more expensive citizens 
with less expensive, not experienced aliens?  
 
My last company laid of 9 programmers w/average tenure of 10 years, in favor of 
over seas folks...and we made $ last year.
