I've passed this on to a Business partner of ours: Metalware Inc.

I don't know a lot about their application, but I do know that they cater to
the steel distribution industry and are AS/400 based.

I also have a lot of respect for their lead Developer (Guy Steward) and one
of their support people that I've dealt with (Shawne O'Connor).

Both are top notch people.  So if the application fits, I recommend them!
