Yeah, here in the MidWest is has dried up considerably.  Doesn't seem to
be RPG-specific, though.  Very little AS/400 work to do.  Have yet to see
the JAVA fuzzy-wuzzy-loving-cup-explosion either, though.

Constantly hearing of budgets and approvals and the other usual excuses.
I have spent time getting two certifications, and yes, actually dabbling
in JAVA.  Also slipped in a CISC to RISC conversion a month or so back for
a repeat customer (so important to leave a good impression).

But this could all change this afternoon (or earlier).
