When you say "defined" I assume you mean "used" because if you have the definition you know the answers already.

Do a DSPPGM of the program in question and page through to Page 3 - that will show you the modules. If there are any names other than the program itself they are a possible source. Taking a 5 against them will show you the source used etc.

If that doesn't show up anything then move to the next page (Service programs) and see if any are used. If there are, then display each in turn (option 5) and page through to page 5 to see the procedure exports - you should find the one you are looking for.
