Subject: [COBOL400-L] library needed for including call to API?

List,

I want to call the ILE COBOL DUMP API (QlnDumpCobol) from an
error handler I
am writing. I have two questions if someone can help please.

1) From the examples I saw, the CALL statement is: CALL PROCEDURE
'QlnDumpCobol' USING...
Yet, when I compile it rejects the mixed case name and says
it *assumes* it
is all upper-case. Is there a compile option that drives this
that I don't
have set? Does the case of the called API name matter?

2) The compile succeeds but the *PGM can't be created because
it can't find
the QlnDumpCobol object in my current library list. In what
library do these
APIs reside?

TIA
