Assuming UAVBASEF is the library, TFACR00 is the format and TFACR is the
file, it should be coded:

When UAVBASEF is in library list:
        COPY DDS-format-name of file-name.
        COPY DDS-TFACR00 of TFACR.

When library isn't in library list:
        COPY DDS-format-name of library-name filename.
        COPY DDS-TFACR00 of UAVBASEF TFACR.
