Source Tidy Utility

Hi,
I am looking for a source tidy program for Cobol400
source. By this, I mean something which utilses both
ends of the source, and makes it easier to read.
Whilst working with RPG in previous employment we
could take source like this.....

     C   HDSTAT      IFEQ ' '
     C               EXSR HEADS
     C               EXSR LINES
     C               ENDIF

and make it easier to read IF's DOW's etc., and look
like this.....

B001 C   HDSTAT      IFEQ ' '
 001 C               EXSR HEADS
 001 C               EXSR LINES
E001 C               ENDIF           HDSTAT EQ ' '


Does anyone have such a tool or know of such a tool
for COBOL?
I've tried TAATOOLS and cannot find anything to that
effect.

Any ideas?
