Yes, but the language itself is NOT case sensitive. ie. ThiSVar is the same
as thisvar is the same as THISVAR, etc. Just like RPG.

But the literals always were and always will be case sensitive. Hence the
NOMONOPRC which deals specifically with procedure names, which must be a
literal or pointer.
