I writeCOBOL programs from scratch. It's EASY.  You just copy one that's already
there, change the the files,..... <vbg>

You make a good point. Although there seems to be a lot of extraneous stuff in a
COBOL program, nost of it is cloned from other programs, with very little 
changed.
And the stuff that is changed is directly after a lable describing what you need
to change, ie. "Program Name".
