I don't know about all the includes, but the standard includes, or at
least the ones I use, are in QSYSINC/H. The RECIO and DECIMAL include
are there and should get picked up by including <recio.h> and <decimal.>.
There are also stream file versions of the includes, in case your source
is in IFS, but the stream file versions just include the QSYSINC ones
using the /QSYS.LIB/QSYSINC.FILE/H.FILE/STDIO.MBR notation.
