Hmmm... I can't seem to reproduce the problem.

OK, I think we finally tracked down the problem. I was specifying
TGTRLS(V5R1M0). Of course, as previously discussed, one of the conditions
for the snprintf prototype was __OS400_TGTVRM__ >= 520. I just wasn't
thinking.

I guess I think it's pretty strange to condition a basic prototype like
that of snprintf on an OS version. Surely the snprintf prototype was
really introduced much earlier.
