People, who say that ILE-C/400 is only for TCP/IP, sockets and related stuff, 
are not always right. (I just tried to be as politically correct as 
possible:-))))
I know at least one person (myself actually) who writes also "traditional RPG" 
area programs on C. It was extremely difficult to start, there are no books - 
only poor manuals. With a little help from this group and with a lot of 
patience and experiments - I can say, that it is almost (:-)) possible and do 
not cause too much problems.
But Bob and Simon made me seriously think about purchasing some book on 
RPG/400.....
