There is one other crazy thing to check. It is possible that you have
another job creating ITH records in a loop, while the job in question
attempting to post them. It can be ship confirmation or some sort of
inventory transaction.

I have experienced this once about 5 years ago. I found the problem to
be
a duplicate record in the ITH file. Check for two records with the
same
exact Item Number and Sequence Number that might be your problem.
