Avelino,

It sounds like the program is in a loop. Most likely a duplicate record in one of the files.
If you can look at the job running and see file I/Os, it will give you some ideas of what files might cause it. Look for the large number of I/O as well as record numbers for files such IIM, CIC, ITH. Analyze the data.
