If you have the program PDM loaded on your i you can try
WRKMBRPDM BPCS405CDO/BPCSDOC

If you can do that your security auditors will be going nuts though:
- Why can this end user have access to the command line?
- Why can this end user have access to the powerful PDM commands?
- Why can this end user access data files outside of the authorized ways?
Don't be surprised if you can though, many shops rely upon ignorant users
not being able to figure this out.
