Hi Emily,
These are the opening balances fields for Next Year, This Year and Last Year.
E.g. if your G/L current year is 2011: GBL1 will be opening balance for the next year (2012), GBL2 will be opening balance for this year (2011) and GBL3 will be opening balance for the last year (2010).
Hope that helps.
Regards,
Syed Arif InamDey Pharma. L.P.Napa, California.

Subject: [BPCS-L] Question regarding GGM

Hello - I'm hoping to get some help regarding the GGM.

We're working on a project to pull some financial info from several of our
BPCS sites. I understand how BPCS stores the balances for the periods,
but can someone help me understand what the fields GBL1, GBL2 and GBL3
represent? We don't have any documentation and aren't sure exactly what
the balance in these fields represent.

Any details regarding how the balances roll at year end would also be
appreciated.

Thank you -

Emily
