It sounds like you might be using order policy 'A' (Discrete, Lot-for-lot), which will only generate planned orders equal to the demand for each discrete day. Take a look at 'G' (Fixed period requirements), in combination with a value in the 'Period order days' field. This should aggregate the demand for the given number of days and generate a single planned order for the total requirement.

I have two customer demands, one for day 5 and another for day 6. MPS planned two shop orders, one for day 1 and another for day 2 (with 5 days lead time).
How can I make it to join all orders in day 1 ?
