Hi Jeff,

I believe SYS011c, SYS611c, and SYS900 use BPCS licensing.

But, if you are calling any BPCS program, then, don't you need a
license?

Peter.

subject: [BPCS-L] BPCS security issue

Hello,
We are running BPCS 4.05CD (lots of modifications/home grown
programs) on the system I using V6R1. We are using the updated BPCS
licensing process. I have two users that are being added to the BPCS
license even though they do not exist in the original BPCS security file
ZSC. These two users use the home grown programs and don't need access
to
the BPCS system. I have a feeling that someone copied code from a BPCS
program to one of our home grown programs which is causing the users to
be
added to the new licensing process. Can someone tell me what program
adds
users to the new licensing program so I can remove the calls to those
programs from our homegrown processes?

Thanks,

Jeff Elam
