Somewhere on Infor's website is a technical document on how to run their
applications outside of their menu system. Reason's you may need to do so
include:
- Putting a long running batch job on the job scheduler.
- Calling a process from a web application.
Often this involves writing your own CL which calls some other Infor
programs before running the "meat" of what you want to do. This helps to
avoid an authorization error during the "meat". I suspect that something,
somewhere in this jobstream is activating the license count.

You may have to use a tool like DOCUMINT to list all programs in that job
stream. Then I'd suspect any without source.
