The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

When you first post to the bpcs list your message has to be approved. This
is to aid us in securing you from getting spam. We've had a few people
who subscribed to the list and their first message was spam. Or, perhaps
they were unaware of the goal of the list. Normally, after the first
message your messages will not be moderated and they should appear on the
list shortly.
If we do not approve the message in x days they are automatically
rejected. I regret to say this happened to a few new members this
weekend. To avoid this situation we upped that number to 5 to avoid such
occurrences. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Please resubmit your
emails to those two who got rejected.
