I have found that, if a structure has a bounded relationship, and if
that structure is deleted, the bounded relationship may not be removed.
This removal is controlled by a field called BOUND which is on a screen,
but is not in the database.
To fix this problem, In subroutine $DISC, I have commented out the BOUND
IFEQ '1' statement and its associated ENDIF, causing the code to always
execute.
