We are on 405 CD ... other versions may have other rules.

BPCS does not have archive files. YTH is exception to that rule.
You can write your own, get some freeware, or buy from one of the vendors.

We use a combination of all three.
We wrote our own for end fiscal year, and physical tag recovery.
We use freeware from Crowe Chizek, which probably no longer offers it, for
customer order change history.
We use Locksmith from UPI, for transaction files.

YTH only lasts one month until next end fiscal replaces it, unless you copy
it to backup tape.
