Hi there,
I know BPCS doesn't do too much with inbound ASN from suppliers, but I'm trying to understand what I should expect from this process. Following is my current status:
1) I have completed the maps for inbound 856 and all the settings such as: trading partners, ECM624 and data dock, are functional.
2) I'm able to unpack and process the inbound ASNs and I see all the ASN details using the "ASN Maintenance" program. Not very useful at this point, but somebody in my company could use this information... who knows.
3) I go to Control Center and manually start ECM624. Process seems to be successful (no error messages), and the ASN is not listed anymore in "ASN Maintenance"... so far so good.
4) I run PUR770 (Extract Inbound ASN Details) and the resulting report is always empty... I don't like it: I should expect something or at least any of the 6 listed errors.

Am I missing something? Is this a normal output for this functionality?

Thanks
