Dear Jeff, <vendor>

Here's an innovative alternative to TurnOver that handles the AS/SET interface exceptionally well:
www.unbeatenpath.com/software/taad/TightasaDrum.pdf

It's a European product called TD/OMS; Unbeaten Path has distributed it in North America under the "Tight as a Drum" trademark. On the strength of large technology investments during the last 3 years, TD/OMS has advanced from technological parity to technological superiority vis-a-vis TurnOver.

With warm regards,
Milt Habeck

P.S. We have second hand information that internal changes at SoftLanding have caused 1) less attention to technology advancement, 2) technology staff departures, and 3) disappointed distribution partners. I'd like to qualify that as information heard from people I respect, not first-person observation.

No practical knowledge as we do not use change management, but I've repeatedly heard bad things about TurnOver. David, who runs the list, works for MKS and I think he is a developer on for their change management system. There are a few more out there and I'm sure you'll see some vendor responses... just hang tight :D

Does anyone use TurnOver with Set/Turn. Set/Turn is the TurnOver AS/SET interface. Apparently KDP Software owns the rights to Set/Turn and will no longer allow Unicom/SoftLanding to provide technical support or maintenance.

Also, what other change management systems is everyone using.

Thank You
