Why is that? He's asking for the location of the file containing the key for the software, what possible legal sanctions could be pursued?
He's not asking how to hack an installation, he's not asking how to bypass the license check, he's not asking any of that.

As far as the answer, I don't think it's in a file - at least in 405CD.
