Thanks Dan! It looks like I should use SIH and SIL in conjunction with
RAR (to check if a balance still due us) to create these customer
statements.

The freight charge is not stored as a separate field in the A/R detail
file RAR - it's however stored in the Sales History header file (SIH) in
a field labeled SICHG.
