Suresh,

There are three parameters that control the length of time each ECM job remains active.

You'll find these parameters under option 13 (ECAs) for the Collection Control Manager (CCM) and Dispatch Manager (EDM).

LPFCTLOOP - number of loops you need the job to run

LPFCTSEC - number of seconds between each run (job goes into delay wait status for the number of seconds specified)

LPFCTTIME - the time at which you want the job to start

Subject: Re: [BPCS-L] BPCS ECM Question

Rob,

ECM (Electronic Commerce Manager) which brings in our customer orders to
BPCS via EDI ( Electronic Data Interchange).

We have the ECM startup jobs in ROBOT but the problem is that it ends
itself after 480 minutes. The job log does not show errors.

There should be a parameter some where in BPCS ECM files that is set with
a timer to end the jobs.

Thanks

Suresh
