Hi Rob ...

We don't have a set of BMRs and wouldn't redistribute one if we did. You're correct, that would be out-of-line.

Instead, our approach is to re-invent the fix embodied by a BMR for customers that are not on INFOR maintenance. In our experience, the pay-as-you-go cost to re-invent a few fixes in a year is a tiny fraction of the typical bill for INFOR maintenance. And when we deliver a fix, it's already adjusted to the contours of any customer mods that are sitting in the same program(s).

We've also invented fixes for BPCS / ERP LX software at shops on INFOR maintenance because INFOR has no BMR for the problem. An example from late last year was a problem getting a sub-set of cycle count transactions to post to the ledger. Our client was on the phone with INFOR for quite a while and they had never heard of the problem and they couldn't find it. Our customer then invited us to find/fix it under our NoExcuses HelpLine contract. It turned out to be related to how a couple of remote Euro currency related fields were populated. We found it using our Stitch-in-Time software which can be employed as a very powerful "find the smoking gun" de-bug assistant.

Aren't BMR's copyrighted or some such thing? Is it legal for you to
redistribute them?

Hi ...

Here's an "Analysis & Commentary" about INFOR maintenance for BPCS / ERP LX:

Be forewarned ... content is opinionated.
Supplemental content is available via telephone call.

Here's a proven alternative to support for fixes, bugs, missing BMRs, and the rest:
