I appreciate your quick help. We now found out the problem. The user library
defined in the worstation settings for BPCS V6.1.01 is not part of INLIBL
libraries defined. And that makes all the difference.

Check whether the ALAUNCH program is running under your BPCS subsystem. If
that is okay, check whether the client workstation setting has the same IP
address as that of your server. Make sure the you use the IP address as the
name for the setting.
