Some manager wanted it in his office, then when he left, I could not

There are similar things in the documentation from UPI & other places
...
look in the back of the manuals.

Also BPCS Doc has something similar with respect to the process of
installing applications ... what you have to setup in what sequence,
like
how GL structured, setup terms before you use them.
